Terms and Conditions
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
The Hamper Collective Australia accepts payment via Shopify for online payments. When providing your credit card details, you are agreeing that you are authorized to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.
Returns and Refunds
We are unable to take responsibility for a gift hamper being returned to us by a courier or the recipient. If this takes place we will inform the buyer that it has been returned. The freight provider will return the order to us for a $15.00 fee which will be charged to the sender. A $20.00 re-delivery fee will then be charged to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternative address.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Hamper Collective Australia if a gift has not been delivered to the recipient. Upon notification we will investigate.
Refunds will not be given for late deliveries due to courier delays. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our estimated delivery times.
In the unfortunate event that a gift item has been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the gift item(s). Please contact us email to organize the replacement gift to be re-sent. In the event that you do not want the damaged item(s) re-sent, we will refund your credit card for the value of the damaged item(s).
In the event that an individual item is unavailable we will substitute it with a similar item or equal or greater value, if you do not want this please state this in the comments section and we will contact you to let you know. Please note brands, scents or flavors of individual products can vary from time to time depending on stock availability.
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and endeavor to make sure each and every customer is happy with their gift.
In the unfortunate event that your hamper or item arrive damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0402692199 within five (5) business days of the arrival of the hamper. If a product needs to be replaced, we will happily exchange or send a new hamper depending on the extent of the damage

Once the payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of The Hamper Collective Australia
The Hamper Collective Australia supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to:

If you are ordering a hamper/s containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18
By providing The Hamper Collective Australia with your personal details, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information to enable us to provide you with our products and services. We do not sell or rent any personal Information to third
The Hamper Collective Australia does not create any of the food or beauty products sold on our website. Products provided on our web site are produced by third-party companies and are labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. Please read the labels before consuming/using. We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to products consumed/used
